A: There is 2 choice on how to fix this error/bug
1): go to your EGPKO folder and look for the "Music" folder, and delete the folder,with this the freezes should finish and you should be able to play normally(sadly you have to play without sound/music )
2): go to your EGPKO folder and open scripts--> table and look for a file that is called "AreaSet" (or AreaSet.bin) and delete this file. Note that at the beginning you might get an "error" but dont worry, just close the error/press ok and then the game should work fine.
